warm welcome clean room delicious breakfast convenient location
the reception welcomed me warmly. my room was sparkling clean and the housekeeping staff attended to it daily. breakfast offered plenty of choices and tasted delicious. i found the location very convenient for exploring.
the hallway lighting was a bit dim.

convenient location modern bathroom expensive rates restaurant noise
the location was convenient for exploring attractions. the breakfast included many options and tasted good. the room had shutters and these blocked out sunlight well. a modern bathroom was a plus.
the hotel lacked an elevator and , made moving luggage difficult. the rates felt too expensive. i think better value could be found elsewhere. a nearby restaurant caused noise due to a party.

the room was ample and very quiet! it had all the staff that i needed. breakfast was excellent. mattresses were also excellent!
i experienced that the hotel has many stairs though i knew it already.

The staff were so friendly! They offered great tips about local spots and answered all my questions patiently. The room was super clean, and the housekeeping was really good! Breakfast had many choices and tasted amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
The fridge made a very slight humming noise, but it didn't bother me too much.

The location is excellent. It is situated just outside the main tourist area. This offers a quieter setting but remains very close to the main square and shopping areas, a perfect blend.

great breakfast great location air conditioning expensive rates loud party glass blowing tour
The breakfast was great (i really loved the variety!). the location was also great. It made exploring easy. the air conditioning provided a much-welcomed break from the heat.
The rates seemed a bit too expensive. there was a party going on next to our patio window. It was quite loud. also, i didn't like the tour to murano to see glass blowing. It seemed like a sales trap.

helpful staff clean room ideal location
the staff was helpful i appreciated that they carried our luggage since there wasn't a lift in our section of the lodging. our room was clean it was perfectly suitable for what i needed. the lodging is near everything restaurants and wonderful gelato are just across the canal.
the room was a little dark.
